Your review just pushed me over the edge and I preordered the next batch. This looks ideal, I've never been able to stomach the cost of the gorucks with their approach to quick access. This looks like the best of both worlds, clamshell, great quick access, and I like that it's less tactical looking. Excellent vid and thanks.
literally buying this backpack because of your review. it was extremely thorough (which i am with everything i buy) and made the decision easy for me. idk how much you get from the affiliate link but evergoods definitely owes you this sale :)
i guess im randomly asking but does someone know of a tool to log back into an instagram account? I somehow forgot my password. I love any tricks you can offer me.
Have you tried doing a full load out with camera gear? After seeing you pack four 6packs into the 24L, it's making me think there's more than enough room for a camera cube and a smaller one on top!
Thanks a lot for the great review. It’s always one of my favorite backpack the only downsides for me are the material that catch dirt (problem solved with the phoenix version developed in collab with carryology) and the lack of a trolley sleeve.
Very good. These look like direct competitors to the GoRuck Gr1 (26L) and GR2 (34L). Having recently received a few GoRucks (GR1, GR2 and SK26), I really want to try these CPL packs out. I am curious why they did 24 and 28...since they are so close to each other.
For us that do not want a black backpack and our urban esthetic is to have something colorful on, wish they made this pack in other colors. I am not talking about Cotopaxi Del Rio, but blues, greens, browns, and some color somewhere would not go amiss. Else I would buy it in a hot second, as it stands now, it is all yawn city for me with the grey interior and the black shell.
I have an AER flight pack V2 and am looking hard at this bag. Anyone know if airlines allow it as an under the seat personal item? Can the long handle work on a luggage handle? Go over the handle so the bag sits on the rolling luggage?
Hey there! The v2 brings a lot of updates like the quick-access external top and organization in the front pockets. If this is something you are missing from your v1, then an upgrade to the v2 is certainly a go! - John
Hello, not sure what your requirements or deal breakers are. And I understand it's tough to choose between these two, but both bags are bestsellers for plenty of good reasons (smart organization, comfortable, versatile, etc). You should be good either way. Cheers!
I think it can be used for EDC, but definitely if you're crossing over on different activities (hike/gym etc). Otherwise the 24L should be more than enough for regular EDC. - Ed
So far i used my 28 as an edc for almost a week! I dont stuff it and it still maintains a slim shape, especially for a 28! For me i like how its 19.25 in height.
Absolutely not! I tried the 24 (V1) previously and found it a bit too small and used the Goruck GR1 until this 28 came out. I’m super happy with the size. I’m 6 ft 230lbs so maybe that is part of it , but I just like having more room. It’s only 4L after all, but for me it makes a big difference.
Good question - I keep bandaids, AA batteries, a small torch, permanent marker, some paracord, safety pins and painkillers. Pretty basic compared to what others pack haha - Ed
In theory, it should as the width of the bag is around 12" and the packing cube is 12.6" but the packing cube is a soft cube so it can flex and mould to a shape (given it's not packed too tight). So yes in theory you should be able to squeeze it in. Hope that helps. - Ed
Yes, you can fit it well. I own the v1 of the CPL24 and the peak design packing cube is my most used utility for this bag. The v1 is already a close to perfect bag, and the v2 seems to have fixed all the minor gripes. Amazing design choices throughout
Hahaha sorry wasn't clear with that one. What I meant to say is that they have their own dedicated volume while being on two opposite sides of a panel. Hope that's clearer - Ed
Dislike for the background music. Why? What is the point? Be confident in your voice and content. No need to "coat it" with some repetitive lofi beat that will be date the video quicker than the top Haley bought at Forever21 last month.
By far, Rushfaster has the best intros and reviews for Bags! True respect for fine craft👊🏽👊🏽🔥🔥
Appreciate it Richard! We'll continue to do our best :) - John

Loved this thorough review. this was the best one I've seen yet on YT. Thanks for the great info.
Wow, thanks! Glad it was helpful. Thanks for the support! Cheers!
I have been waiting for this one!
The best review online! Always the best intros!!

You had me at, “four six packs can fit inside.” Buying one, immediately.
Hahaha yes! Full case carry on this guy!
- Ed
you should make a vid of your top 10 or 5 favorite edc bags!
Yes! Excellent idea - stay posted :)

Yeah definitely up GORUCK's alley when it comes to materials and open design.
Any plans to review the Evergoods CTB35? Curious what you think as an EDC option on larger people.

Will you guys be doing a V3 Mirrored review at some point?
At this time, we don't have any information we can share yet. Hopefully, soon. Thank you for inquiring. Have a great day!
Are you going to start stocking Evergoods gear? That would be amazing!
We would love to - but during these COVID times it's been tricky! Stay tuned :)
do you notice either of the bags digging into your lower back? Is one more comfortable than the other? Thanks in advance:)

Just waiting for that Bellroy Transit Workpack review 👀
Stay tuned - more Bellroy on their way :)
- Ed
thx for the video! do you recommend upgrading to the v2 if I already have the v1?

Review the Bellroy Transit Workpack please!
Yes! - Keen to get our hands on that one :)

@@RushfasterTV can't wait! Hope you guys have been staying safe.
I wish it had a extra external canteen compartment on the bottom
How does it compare to Peak Design Everyday Backpack?
Great review! Have you checked out a German brand called Ucon Acrobatics? They have come cool designs but they're a bit pricy...
Thanks for the support! Yes! Ucon make really cool bags - we've had a hand on look with their bags but haven't made any videos before. - Ed
Looks amazing
Does it do well with cat hair? Does it catch dirt easily?
Does the CPL 24L come with a waist belt?
I find that waist belt can take the weight off better than sternum strap.
Not that I'm aware of! - Ed
Hi guys. This or aer 16?
I'm having trouble deciding!
Hello, not sure what your requirements or deal breakers are. And I understand it's tough to choose between these two, but both bags are bestsellers for plenty of good reasons (smart organization, comfortable, versatile, etc). You should be good either way. Cheers!
Are Rushfaster planning on selling Evergoods products?
There aren't any immediate plans to sell Evergoods at RF, but it's largely because of our current pandemic. Things might change in the future :)
- Ed
would have been perfect for me if the backpack straps can be stowed away
Does it have a version with mirrored pockets? Right hand orientation?
Yes
What a carabiner it is?, this big one.
Heroclip
Is the CPL 28 too big for EDC?
I think it can be used for EDC, but definitely if you're crossing over on different activities (hike/gym etc). Otherwise the 24L should be more than enough for regular EDC. - Ed

Most definitely - more Evergoods stuff coming soon!

Love this video excellent 👏
Thanks Adil!

Please review The NorthFace Surge Backpack. . .
He has.
What do you keep in your EDC kit?

Hiii can you review the chrome industries citizen messenger bag? ^^
Yes - we're in talks with them now!
Stay posted :) - Ed
@@RushfasterTV do it quicly XD i need your review for the 11/10/2020 (my bday)
Which watch are you wearing?
It's a Braun Men's Classic Watch BN0032. Hope that helps! - Ed
just deciding to resell my CPL24 V.3 (haven't used it) as I'm switching to the new CTB26. If you're interested, IB me.
Hello, Yun! We have a Facebook group (bit.ly/3NxflHl) for you to buy, sell, and swap bags with other members of the AU community. Have a great day!
Are these made in the USA?
No sorry.
the song played in the background is 10 seconds long... that means Iv listened to it 135 times in this video :/
Could you fit a peak design medium packing cube into the cpl24?
In theory, it should as the width of the bag is around 12" and the packing cube is 12.6" but the packing cube is a soft cube so it can flex and mould to a shape (given it's not packed too tight). So yes in theory you should be able to squeeze it in. Hope that helps. - Ed
