Sean made great movies before and after BOND. It almost type cast him.Daniel Craig wants out. Another Bond good befor and after. Both have great range, talent and depth. They give us great entertainment.
It’s interesting that the NYC skyline in this movie doesn’t include the iconic Twin Towers, but, of course, construction only began in 1966, the year this movie was released. Now we know they should never have built it; the world today would be a vastly different place if they hadn’t.
That is absurd. If the Towers were not there, it would have been the Empire State Building. If it was not there, it would have been the Statue of Liberty. When evil wants to attack,it will find a reason to justify itself.
Sean Connery took this role which was different from the character of James Bond. The Hero was in the period of Burnt Out Emotions .He needed psycho doctor to help. Generally this was a good film. You could understand the people who carried the burn out emotion by this film not in real life.
READ the Playboy interview, he was asked about Bond with women & entire planet watched that. Connery actually married for for over half century, 2nd wife his caregiver during dementia death, hope u never r.
They think it beats the algorithm...? Thank you - that one actor looks like Sean Connery....oh, it is! Wow, this film is from 1966! Must have seen Goldfinger at about that time....
Really? After only 60 years? Good thing You Only Live Twice where he dons yellowface😊 disguise inoffensive timeless classic. Oh, & the villain lives in a 🌋, SPOILER! Good thing internet didn't exist then & villains were WHITE.
A FINE MADNESS 1966 Sean Connery
A Fine Madness is a 1966 American Technicolor comedy-drama film directed by Irvin Kershner, based on the 1964 novel of the same name by Elliott Baker.
High definition video, vivid colour, crisp sound, a great script, and top-notch actors: they knew how to make films in those far-off days…
Connery starred in b&w also.

Isn't it longest surviving franchise? Almost like they know what they're doing. & for 2 generations.
Some comments are too unkind. This is a very amusing film. Sean Connery and his collaborators are great!
From the director of The Empire Strikes Back. He went to do a James Bond movie with Sean
: Never Say Never Again.
Connery worked repeatedly with Lumet also.
Joanne Woodward’s desperate pleading for her husband Sean Connery with the psychiatrist was a joy to behold!

The real title to this movie is A Fine Madness.
Sean Connery was a natural comedian.

TT were engineering feat of their time, like Concorde & gave Kong something to climb.
Cast of echos of brillance
never seen a boring movie like this in my life
What? As a artist I found it deeply meaningful

yup, an excellent depiction of a druncurd, but hard to watch . this is not a movie for someone seeking entertainment...
Mr Bond .....James Bond
He made more movies where he wasn't, incl. this 1 & his Oscar winner.
Could Daniel Craig, do this, only the best James Bond could do this , I his name SEAN Scottish, Connory
so, they made a film about an abusive relationship. Well, got the right actor to play the role.
Bullsh*t.
READ the Playboy interview, he was asked about Bond with women & entire planet watched that. Connery actually married for for over half century, 2nd wife his caregiver during dementia death, hope u never r.
The film's title is 'A Fine Madness', why anyone would want to upload it with a made up name beats me.

Thanks! I was puzzled.
Copyright & Goldfinger '63, Pussy Galore had just left The Avengers & brought her judo with her.
