An odd label for a game, will have to say i always enjoy the ones that add long distance, snipers n such, may feel like cheese but i just like the distance fun! Keep up the good work
If you want a good roguelike, try Remnant: From The Ashes. It's called Dark Souls with guns, but that doesn't fit the game completely. The main game isn't really a roguelike, but it has an amazing survival mode that turns the game into a roguelike. It's decently fun on it's own, and the areas in the game feel way too much like video game levels and not actual areas, but the game has excellent co-op. Sadly, the sequel added a boss rush instead of a roguelike mode.
Yeah, it really doesn't seem like a roguelite nor a roguelike. That said, it's still in early access. I'll give it time to properly develop before throwing it out into the gutter. The world's too open to be a lore-delving roguelike imo. I've seen your shorts on Robo Quest but I still can't play it atm but maybe come the new year. Seems really cool BTW, people who have played Genshin would know what gnoses are hahaha. Generally, it means knowledge so it might just mean there's something you gotta learn/find in the world before you can enter the area.
Roboquest is great lol. And yeah we will see how it develops but I did hear that in the demo it was more roguelite so it might be going the opposite direction. And I found out what gnosis was in the end I talked about it a bit near the end of gameplay.
Caves of Qud just recently entered 1.0, I 'd love to see your take on it!!
I’ll have to take a look!
Gambling with mushrooms 5:15
Let’s go gambling
@roguelikerabbit Naw, I'm not the gambling type. :)

Oh yeah snipers are always the best!
Visual and atmosphere are fire (wink, wink), but the very slow meta progression and boring unlocks are a bit of a downer.
Yeah it’s a bit of a shame I overall think it’s fun but it’s just very slow

I’ve had that on my radar I’ve wanted to try to get some friends to play so hopefully I can check it out!
Man I adore remnant from ashes! The survival mode is amazing
This game does seem more like a love child between Borderlands and Bloodborne, than a roguelike HAHA
Oh it definitely is so it’s good but man it’s not a roguelite lol
Thanks for the review. Doesn’t sound like a game for me.
Fair enough it is very different from most 'roguelikes'

@roguelikerabbit oh I missed that then my bad.
No worries at all I didn’t go too too deep into it

Awww thank you! I really appreciate it!
