Nice video. I don't think people will really understand how much time went into it. Just the drywall itself can take such a long time especially if you have to skim coat it, new drywall maybe not. Disappointing from Husky customer care because those things are not cheap, make me rethink some storage when i get round to it. I thought you could have included a french drain i think its called for the floor especially as new build and you said you have extreme weather. I'm thinking of using pvc panels for my interior as is waterproof and saves me having to scrape of walls and ceilings full of popcorn texture. Enjoyed the video
@@Homewithdaddy I feel you man it was definitely a lot of work but I’m happy with how it came out. new build wasn’t all I thought it was. I had so many ideas like a drain in the garage I wanted to do that I ended up abandoning because of the ridiculous cost. Making any changes or additions to the design added ridiculous costs for things I can do in my sleep. The garage size isn’t what I wanted but ended up just settling amongst many things. I’m not happy with how a lot of things turned out. But once you sign that paper you just have to suck it up. I’ll probably go with buying an older house next time and doing a complete remodel instead of the new build with commercial builders. But for now I’m making the best with the situation with upgrades that I can do after the fact.
@@TyDaSpace yes if the budget is limitless you can do so much but got to work with what you can afford. Was the garage designed as you are a car enthusiast? Anyway garage looks pretty awesome.
@@well_being101 it’s Benjamin Moore exterior paint I used - a bit more expensive than indoor paint. It works for concrete as well. Regular indooor paint works as well. I used that in my old garage for the past 5years and the paint is still holding up.
Wow... One of the best garage i have seen.
thanks man
Turned out great! 🔥Looking forward to seeing how the space evolves 💯
