Thank u so much so much Honda for updating the design and display, the tail of the old cbr looked horrible for me personally, it was so short. The newer bike looks amazing. Best 600cc inline fours sports tourer for sure!! Great Job 👍😊❤
I am new to sport bikes, whats the difference between this and the 600rr? Just wondering why because it looks like this one is a couple grand cheaper than the 600rr.
@@eeepmeeep 650r is just a you know smooth and late agressive bike its a proper road ride bike in any condition where as the cbr600rr is way more agressive bike more focused on track and it runs okish for bad road conditions but the price diff is clearly a indicaiton that we should go for cbr650r as its cheaper and powerful for a rookie... well as cbr600rr is a professional bike!
This is more comfortable for the road, whereas the 600 is much more track focused. People tend not to like sport bikes as daily drivers since their riding position is uncomfortable, and their power comes very high in the rev range. This is supposed to be a compromise between a naked bike which is comfortable for the road, and a sportbike that is made for the track.
All things mentioned here have a point. The 650 is more CC but tuned differently. Meaning less top end power high in the revs for a more torquey response from mid to high. But the high tops out around 10k-12k rpms instead of 14k-15k rpm. Giving it a more suitable engine for daily use combined with the less lean forward ergonomics the 600RR has.
I wouldn't exactly call it a step back in design. I think its just a completely different style they were going for. There is a direct comparison of the two side by side somewhere online and it works out much more practically and aerodynamically this way, however that being said the previous design was certainly something to admire.
This product also deserves to be used by Indians too. Why are you not launching it in India why? Is there any problems with Indians all over the globe you have launched this machine This is my dream bike and for many others too. It's ok if you don't launch instead provide this in cbu unit from Japan . Please think at once to launch it here this my dream bike . I visited one of your bigwing showroom in Delhi lajpatnagar. Those who have taken this decision to not launch it here ,why Honda why? Why are you descriminating Indians from other country , Kawasaki is also providing it's zx6r but that is pure sports only Honda was providing sports tourer yes surely this bike nailes it everywhere . Please do think on this , thank-you
I love the new design, The only reason I wasn't getting the old one was cause it looked weirdly bubbly from the side, Idk it had an uncanny valley thing going for it. I'm glad they fixed it.
Where do I find that floor mat? I looked on Honda Powersports and couldn't find it. I'd like to get it from Honda before just going with another company first
this is my personal though on the new cbr650r. It is good looking though but it rather looks an iteration of the small 250r and 150r sibling. However, the old 650r was the rendetion of the old fireblade 1000rr. This somehow makes it little diffrent but its just a cosmetic change. But, I would request Honda if they could announce if the new display and the tail if it can be upgraded to the old cbr650r 2022.
@Honda Motorcycles Europe Question! So there is no difference between 2023 and 2024! So in all reality, I could buy an EClutch and put it on a 2023 right?
nah, they throw this HRC red to all of their model, becomes way too boring and mainstream, just like Kawasaki with their KRT paint ... I prefer the unique style the 2023 had
@@johnnyhun1- One of my peeves against Kawasaki when it comes to their KRT versions. Legit they need to offer more than just green for goodness sake. Particularly as the color isn't too appealing to many.
Just a tip for the guys from honda. Change the headlights to the old ones and keep the new taillight. It will be such a beauty. Maybe until summer you will change this. Remember, sometimes it's good to listen to the viewers
Better buy a 600rr. I had a 2022 650R and sanded my footrests and often the exhaust and fairing in every corner. The ground clearance isn't really there if you like to drive low. I'm now driving a CBR600RR PC37 facelift and I'm super happy
When you guys announced new cbr1000rr fire blade, I see some one in comment, Honda just copying other bike design, then when I seeing this, yup that bike face literally Ninja 400
Had an awesome face and a terrible tale previously. Swapped it for a better tail and a worse face 🤦🏿♂️ right where we started only you cant hide the face like you could the tail
This front end looks awful compared to the 19-23 model. Maybe it's just the livery, but the shape looks odd at most angles, especially considering the competition.
So far I like the tail, and the fairings look okay at a 45 degree angle at the front. I had a 2020 in red, the red on this just isn't doing it for me though, the new 600rr though looks great
Headlight : old one
Tail light : this one
Perfect
Exactly my opinion!
Yeah me too though that
Finally new Tail light…sharper
Loving it! I have a 2019 CBR650R. I love the design changes! That new display is NICE!
Thank u so much so much Honda for updating the design and display, the tail of the old cbr looked horrible for me personally, it was so short. The newer bike looks amazing. Best 600cc inline fours sports tourer for sure!! Great Job 👍😊❤
0:01 from sideview of its "tail" looks better than previous model one...👍🔥
Finally Honda changed the tail light ! Now it looks like a sports bike !
It is beautiful but previous model was more aggressive from front
I love the new headlight and tail light styling it’s the Yamaha r7 I’ve always wanted that high revving inline 4 with the tech to control it
You done it again honda this is the best looking 650 in the market hands down, 650s are my fav too.
Aprilia>>>>>>
Subtle upgrade, but a welcome one. Looks good!
bro i see you in all these manufacturers comments 😂
Also loving the fact this is added in the line up next to 600RR. Looking good!

The most practical sportbike for everyday rides plus weekends and trips, this thing is amazing, in person is even better
I think the black looks better. It hides the lack of dark trim between the lights.
I personally like the
Fascia of the ongoing version ...
I really like this design that looks more like an inline 4 sportsbike rather than a sport touring look on the older one
Just cosmestic wise, I feel like it is a step back from the last design.
Prev 650r was just beautiful

but i think they made it more compact and fluidic ...this design is going to age welll
The lights maybe. The rest looks better.
Tail section looks better on this one
hmmm, doesnt look better than the current gen, but electronics are a great improvement... need to see other colors (black) to make a judgement.
The problem is that head with blue stripes stickers but blank for middle, they just look obviously bad
it do looks way better
I liked the duke 990 and waiting for the rc990. 650r surly looking promising with new electronics
@@Junkfiles446i also see it this way. Human perspective are interesting. i love the new design! its sharp!
It's subjective, for me looks better than the current gen
Nice I hate the tail on mine so good thing they fixed it up!
The old one looked amazing, this looks more like a Kawi
Correct
Finally tft !🔥 now its perfect !!
สวยมากครับ ยอดเยี่ยมไปเลย โดนใจวัยรุ่นไทยแน่นอน
Great to see a 600 sportsbike still👍😊

Looked like ninja 636 but its more sleeker and beautiful.
Does this 2024 model have that white shift light or rev limiter light on the dash that we had on the 2022 models?
r7 is the best looking middle weight right now
As a cbr650r owner myself......i really dont get a good gut feeling looking at this....only the TfT feels catchy to my eyes....
Thank You Almighty God I will buy one for myself
I love the new design, The only reason I wasn't getting the old one was cause it looked weirdly bubbly from the side, Idk it had an uncanny valley thing going for it. I'm glad they fixed it.
Wow! Amazing ❤🥹
Now the bike looks complete
New front & headlights are even more beautiful.
Looks really nice, I am just a bit bothered by the blue color or the cbr 1000 rr similarities, probably still gonna get the 2023 version
You make me buy it guys! Take all my money
Hello Honda, I have very good visual designs for future motorbikes.
Huumm... yes... Now put available in Europe the GREAT Honda ct hunter 125cc! We are waiting for it!
Is this coming to the US?
Rear looks a lot better
Does it have the new E-Clutch that Honda recently revealed?
yes it did and is optional i guess.
when does this come out!!!?!??!?!?!
Can you make a reservation now?
Can I order one online?
If only the CBR 600RR have this headlight
When is the bike launch in India??
Looks like it has a high clip on?
Tail on this one looks superb but front 😢 looks very odd

My 2019 version Is leacking oil since then. The new version has the problem solved?
Coming in India?
Where is the new 250RR 4 piston? Kawasaki already nailed it
Wheres the cb 750r 2 cilinder??
This design looks better than 600re
The Bike should be part of Supertwin/British Sportbike Class because Power and Torque has similar to Daytona 660
The new red version is a head-turning update, far more elegant than the 2023 version

Looks way better, current gen is too blocky
So it just has a new tft screen??
Yes, it looks bigger and sharper.
you forgot the new e clutch, different taillight and prob. smartphone connectivity
Did you drive it already or how can you know?
The headlights look cross-eyed, man.

I don't think its right to call it a "sports tourer" (despite Honda calls it a supersport). This bike can be absolutley ridden like a supersport...
Low power same as early
Pls give us the last gen cosmetics
Not sure how much they gonna cost it... If its overpriced I will go with the ninja 😢
