    Eating mono fruit in 1 meal after 2 hour & 1 carnivore mono meal like 4-5 anti biotic residue egg or 250 GM's chicken
    My goal is strong muscle ana
    Not muscle building I want strong muscle Ana
    In b tech all 4 years and after b tech 1 year
    I did 150 - 200 push ups from 2010 to 2015 bro..I went to Jim for less or more than 2 months in year 2010
    I'm having weak bone density from 2016 dec to till today's ...but now a days my bones are much better
    I drink minimum 2 liter of water every day
    Height 165 cms 5 ft 5 inch
    Body weight 57-58 kgs
