Hi Webby, That was a great review of the Mustang and Carol and I really enjoyed it. Carol said it wouldn’t tow our caravan though 😂😂😂 I laughed and why would you want to put a van behind such an awesome car. It would be a shame if we don’t see more V8’s.
Nice review Paul. The Magneride, bronze package and spoiler challenge annoyed me last year when ordering, I end up just running with the Magneride. Next challenge is that I ordered mine in November last year and still not sure when I'm going to receive it. But looking forward to it though.
@tomdickson6221 Thanks Tom, I'm glad you enjoyed the video. Good idea going with the Magneride. You can always fit a spoiler and paint your wheels any time you want. Enjoy your new car when it arrives.
Love the Mustang - such an iconic Ford model, sadly however I too feel that the V8 version is on borrowed time. Much like the Dodge Charger and Challenger, Chrysler 300 etc, etc. Enjoy it while it's still available. Nice review - thanks Webby. 😍
3:59 that's incorrect. You can very easily have the spoiler away from magneride suspension. Which they're pointing out is the performance package but in that configuration you could still have get that upgrade suspension with that configuration. I know because my special order by me optioned out 2024 mustang gt premium performance night pack have magneride suspension
@Division_Agent_ I live in Australia, so the specification I talk about is for cars here as opposed to America or other countries. We get less option choices in Australia compared to America.
Trading in my 2017 GT on Friday for a Ranger and I’ll shed a tear. Best car I’ve ever owned. Hope they keep the v8 and wait until reality hits net zero, because I def want another in a few years.
Not sure about how they did these outside of the states, but at least you get them. Here in the US I got mine with the performance pack and the mag ride - fully loaded and lacking nothing. Spendy, but about the only thing left with a MT and a V8 so had to have it. Ford says they will make these as long as they are legal so lets hope it stays that way and they continue exporting.
This is the first mustang that I’ve actually want to buy . The out going mustang was not refined in any shape or form, I drove a CS for a week and hated the clutch, hated the gear shift , the steering wheel feed back but in march this year I drove CTP-984 a evaluation car and the looks and the interior sold me. This was the ecoboost engine . Then in August I drove the dark horse, manual. Gearshift was one finger job and the clutch was like a Japanese car, light and nice take up. It is 100x better car than the old gen. The handbrake does your head in at first as you presume it’s a mechanical one and rip the living shit out of it , but it’s electric, should have just had the park brake switch like the ranger.
I don't think this will be the last V8 Mustang. Ford is walking back some of their EV plans, and not to get political, but Trump winning means the pressure to go all-in on electric will be reduced. Plus, Ford should know what Mustang fans want, and it isn't a silent electric car. People who like those have already bought Teslas.

@kimscotttemple Thanks Kim, glad you both enjoyed it. It would be a pretty cool tow car though!
Well done Paul
@jaybajwa2509 Thank you. I have to give a lot of the credit to David from Willow Air for his work in filming and editing the video for me.
@ 10/10 work guys 🇦🇺
Thank you, much appreciated

@darrenwalsh6965 Thanks Darren, I'm glad you enjoyed the video. I hope Ford don't ditch the V8 in favour of electric for the Mustang!!
not sure why you would think that, Trump is going to be President and all the WOKE BULLSHIT is over!!! Long live the v8!!!

@101shanep That's a fair change up but the Ranger is much more practical as an all rounder.

@jessicaphoenix1312 Unfortunately our option choices are much more limited than America which is a shame as the Mustang is very popular here.

@tba3900 Great to hear your thoughts on both models and how the new model has been improved. Thanks for the insights.
No more V8 Mustang that’ll be the end of the Mustang.
@Peter_T123 It might not be the end, but it won't be the same without a V8 that's for sure.
Not sure about screen. Best thing about prev stangs wasn’t that speedo said “ground speed” and that your wife couldn’t see what speed you are doing.
@101shanep The screen is actually really good, especially in person.

@epa316 I certainly hope you're right. It'll be a sad day if the V8 is discontinued.
