I told my mom about my kitchen mess-ups and she just sighed and was like "You need to cook with me" lmao We were talking in the live chat and apparently the one "banana" was a plantain and people think the cream cheese needed to be room temp
Also, my lazy eye is very evident in this video throughout - not a big deal - I just thought it was interesting since I haven't been getting good sleep lately (lots of nightmares lol) and it really shows on camera

I was trying to be quiet but it's funny. I can relate to messing up some recipes to another. I know I'm good at desserts, no doubt. Especially singing "making songs up" lol and yes I drink coffee while cooking or some kind of beverage. Do more of these videos 😂🥰

Also use a mixer for anything involving cream cheese. It's just easier and saves you frustration. Even the softest cream cheese is hard to mix by hand to a good fluffy texture.

Oh my word, you’re the best! Anytime you’re mixing cream cheese it has to be soft or it won’t mix nicely. Also, plantains look so similar to bananas, next time you across them try sautéing them. I heard that’s really good

The cream cheese to wasn’t mixing because it needs to be room temperature to mix easy. Lol oh and next time maybe try and do the green beans one at a time or maybe two. You had too many in the bread crumbs and eggs. Lol also if it’s not thick enough, try dipping in egg and bread crumbs a couple times to make it thicker.

I freakin' loveee crispy green beans. You should try the Birds Eye ones that you can usually find in the frozen food section at the grocery store! Just throw them in the air fryer or oven! 😁 (air fryer is definitely better lol)
