      @GeorgeWashingtonLaserMusket 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It already is, IF you can prove their intent.
      The problem is I can argue I built this for legal use in research and haven't used it; unless you can prove I've used it, or intend to knowingly sale it for criminal use I'm exempt. However they MIGHT be able to get you on the illegal specifications if they are illegal as I suspect. The FTC regulates very tightly who can transmission on what frequencies at what level of power. WiFi is free for anyone to use without a license but it has to stay under a 100 watts, I actually think it has to stay WAY under 100 watts but not sure what then number is so I'm ball parking it.
      I've seen articles on how to build these for years, over a decade. The military has had them since the late 80's as insane as that might sound. The police since 9/11. Back in the early days of smart phones you could install an app to detect these but those of us who have foil hats think the government put pressure on telco's to remove that function from the IC's used in transceivers. My old HTC One (m7) would alert me a few times a year that an "unregistered cellular tower" was detected and it turns off the cellular automatically. Now days more modern cellular communication chips somehow lack the ability to relay the towers ID. I knew this day would come..

    This has been happening for many years now by your local police departments and it’s called stingray technology. It forces all cellphones to connect to it first before cell towers if it’s within a certain distance. They strategically placed armored vehicles like in my hometown they’re called “the guardian,” and it’s motto is to keep watchful eye on city streets. They’re now flying this technology over city’s with planes and now drones stealing anyone’s imei numbers that comes in contact and once your phone is connected they’ll be able to see absolutely everything on your phone or device that connected with the cell site simulator stingray technology.

    One way to overcome this on an iPhone is to A) use your WiFi at home to do all of your calls or data work. Turn off your Cellular data B) When out and you need to access data, turn your cellular data back on only for the apps you'll use. If a text message comes in, delete it, unless you know the person and block it. Same with any phone calls you receive.
    Since I'm home for most of the day, this works for me. For those more "out and about", this will be too much of a pain.
