1 switchskill you will get is to choose between one of 2 move sets with hammer. strength plays like hammer in other monster hunter games does. courage has faster attacks but does less dmg per hit. (dps on average should be kinda the same, courage is just more mobility and more short attacks usually) its better if you wanna play status ailment or element hammers :) or if enemies just dont give you the time for a usual big hammer swing
