Goleta is a great place to live. I have been here for over 40 years. It is sellers market now with many home going for over listing price. The price this home is competitive and it will sell fast. True its not Texas or the midwest., but Storke Ranch is solid community.
They should call it Stroke Ranch, since that's what people have when they get the bill. Over a mill, with one of those 1980s nightmare designs where 90% of it is just a big fat ugly garage. 👎
