Great video Phil, you make it look so easy..I done it twice and got a pb of just over 58 mins

Cheers Dave 🙏 that’s massively appreciated. I really enjoy the climbing, and practice a lot indoors on 100% trainer difficulty on Zwift. But also being about 63kg is a massive help !! 58mins is a great time - and what a climb!! 🤩

Hi Anthony - it is a bit of a struggle. But up Swain’s down HighgateWest Hill and back up Highgate West Hill, then on to Alexander Palace - provides 3 good climbs. Out east there is Mott Street. But this is why I used to do a lot of reps on Swain’s and Highgate West Hill - riding in Central Londonbis not blessed with hills. I’d also recommend a lap around Regent’s Park - it’s beautiful in the spring, and if early up the Mall and around the little park there 👍

@@BikeRacingWithoutMercy I’m going for a 5 night holiday with some mates from my cycling club, I’m sticking with riding 100 miles first - preparing for that distance this July have a charity ride in Devon up to exmoor.

Really nice video as always! Just a detail: the road to sa Calobra isn't a labour of love built for tourists, it was built by republican political prisoners as a punishment (quite a few roads in Mallorca are).

Wow Marc!!! That is indeed a macabre history to the construction of the road 🤯 But so much history is horrible !! Appreciate you correcting my Wikipedia research Sir !

With the coming spiritual awakening people will discover what Mallorca really is and they will faint because of it =).Having an open mind is vital and a blessing. We are in the age of aquarius which is when the truth/real history would be revealed cos we werent taught the truth/ral history in school. Its a glorious time to be alive.Rejoice cos freedom is coming.
