Here's a Down no one's talking about - How about the fact that any excitement about a suitcase cash-in is effectively gone now until the next MITB event? Bliss already cashed in and Brock's hardly ever around. It made a lot more sense to give the case to someone on Smackdown. Part of the fun is waiting for the case holder to cash in at an opportune time, but that's gone now.
I'm starting to think that the only reason AJ has retained is because now WWE can promote him as the cover star of the game and the world champion, it was highly painful on Nakamura, he's had 2 false finishes and another defeat after his heel turn, none of them with him being on top, GRR was AJ forearming him for the double countout, then they both bollocked each other and now Nakamura has lost again, so what's the point? Nakamura could've had a decent title reign by now, he could've won now and feuded with Daniel Bryan for the title to add to his heel heat, but now the apex of NXTs crop are just midcard flailers And Becky Lynch still hasn't won a PPV since January 2017, let that sink in

Carmella may be worse than Sable in the ring 6. Watching with the commentary muted was surprisingly pleasant. 7. They opened up a lot of doors for someone to get over by shitting on Brock. I swear 50 percent of the tweets about the show last night were about how the men's match doesn't matter because Brock is never anywhere to defend. 8. The biggest pop in history will be at SummerSlam with Braun taking the belt off Roman after he beats lesnar if it goes down that way.

Nachiket Pargaonkar I think they botched it. They wanted to hype the fight between Nia and Ronda so they needed Nia to look badass. Unfortunately, she just had this bully story with Alexa which they thought they finished at Backlash.
I just realized that if Ronda does have a match against Bliss....they just telegraphed that she will "have her arm broken" but then get tricked because of the double joint and it's used against Ronda in some way. I just think this is not going to go as well as WWE thinks.

That streak where Elias just threw Seth around the outside of the ring and then hit the elbow was amazing. I was scared about Seth losing the title, and it was amazing.
I think Strowman and Alexa winning was the right call, it stops Rousey from winning too early and keeps her as a likeable character who is going to earn her place rather than be handed it immediatly and Strowman can force Brock into actually showing up for once in his life, it also gives us a way of getting the belt onto a full time wrestler again without the option 100% being Roman but it'll still probably be Roman.
On the whole, it was a great PPV. Disappointed in both MITB winners, alexa champ again, ugh, although she is a fantastic heel. Also, Braun doesn't need the briefcase. Would have loved a Miz or Rusev win on that. AJ/Nakamura was a super match, wish it was that good at Mania. Just so think Nakamura should be champ. Loved seeing Rousey again. She's so fun to watch.
Braun is a deserving champ. He shows up every night on RAW and dominates, unlike a certain someone that's the current champ right now. Brock hasn't even shown up since The Greatest Royal Rumble.

Nakamura has been on the main roster for only a year. Asuka has been on the roster for 8 months. Even Vince’s favorites like Cena, HHH, Orton and Reigns never won a world title in their first years. But no it’s definitely racism because 2018
PCM24 97 Nakamura is 0-6 in WWE championship matches. That is horrible booking. Asuka went almost 2 years undefeated and now loses to freaking Carmella.

I think Strowman and Alexa winning was the right call, it stops Rousey from winning too early and keeps her as a likeable character who is going to earn her place rather than be handed it immediatly and Strowman can force Brock into actually showing up for once in his life, it also gives us a way of getting the belt onto a full time wrestler again without the option 100% being Roman but it'll still probably be Roman.

On the whole, it was a great PPV. Disappointed in both MITB winners, alexa champ again, ugh, although she is a fantastic heel. Also, Braun doesn't need the briefcase. Would have loved a Miz or Rusev win on that. AJ/Nakamura was a super match, wish it was that good at Mania. Just so think Nakamura should be champ. Loved seeing Rousey again. She's so fun to watch.

PCM24 97 Nakamura is 0-6 in WWE championship matches. That is horrible booking. Asuka went almost 2 years undefeated and now loses to freaking Carmella.

- nia vs ronda was scary to watch. it's a miracle nobody got hurt. what an unsafe, sloppy joke of a match.
- I hate the smackdown announcer. everytime he says SHINSUKAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY a little angel puppy dies. styles vs nakamura has now lost its magic. it's like the bookers do that on purpose.
- elias is great but man, he needs to reinvent his in-ring work. new finisher, new signature moves. his heelwork is great but he needs to standout more in the ring. rollins great like always.
- james ellsworth's cameo was amazing. gotta love this guy. he plays his character perfectly. I wish people will remember him for something else than last year's women's mitb match.
- braun strowman buries everybody else and basically won what was almost a 7 on 1 handicap match. good for him I guess... I wonder what comes next for him. he is slowly but surely becoming a bit of a cena/reigns-like figure and many fans will get tired of this real soon.

hated the fact that Alexa Bliss won the women MITB ladder match, shes overrated and overpushed, she barely took any bumps during that match, yet they give her the contract to win and later in the night the championship. shes like the female roman reigns, wwe keeps shoving her down our throats. Was hoping Sasha Banks won, she needs a proper title run.
