Just NEVER, EVER forget...Your workers are *also* your customers, and workers have infinitely long memories - for better or worse. So, the way you treat your workers determines whether they - along with their close friends and relatives - will become (or remain) loyal customers or *former* customers. No matter how big you are, you're never going to be the only show in town.

Well since he has been put in charge Customer Service has gotten Worst and deliveries have been mishandle by the drivers. Drivers are dropping containers of customers packages on the OUTSIDE of Apt. Building unattended and reporting that they delivered the package to the customer. Customer service will tell you that driver report the packages as delivered but they are still on the truck. Well isn't that making a false report and against company policy. Jassy speaks of the "Pandemic" but that is No Excuse for losing or not delivering a customers item of which they paid for. Then having a Amazon Customer Service Supervisor inform the customer that they need to file a Police Report for a Package that was never delivered in the first place.
I find it interesting that under Jassy's leadership Amazon is going down I guess he believe it will save money if customer go outside of their apartment building here in Arlington Va and search through the containers of undelivered packages to get any package they choose.
