When ego rises and subsides or manifests as everything, frothing as names and forms.Ego looks/projects outwards creating the five sheath body and the universe of objects,fully aware of everything outside other than itself!.
By turning within and inspecting the reality of ego, we realise that the snake (ego)is in reality the rope( I AM)or the eternal immutable Pure awareness always.This seeming mistaken identity is caused by non investigation of Avidya or ego!.
