Curse boosts Attack and Defense and Calm Mind boosts Special Attack and Special Defense. That's four stats seeing boosts. Cosmic Power overlaps Special Defense with Calm Mind, so only three stats are boosted. Since Stored Power's base power is calculated as 20(1+N), where N represents the number of positive boosts (negative boosts don't do anything), going with Cosmic Power results in a final potential yield of 380 base power, next to Curse's final potential yield of 500 base power.
