I'm surprised there wasn't an incident especially since mini dachshund were bred to hunt/kill small prey. How long did it take for them to grow accustomed to each other?

Mia and Remi did pretty well with the ferrets. And the ferrets were so cute getting into the jumper. I'm sure Mia and Remi enjoyed the nice park.❤💙

Prey drive is strong with Dachshunds and you never know when it will kick in, so always be on alert when these 4 play together.
Agreed. I wouldn't trust my dachshund for one single second. Those ferrets are adorable though...
I've seen four wiener dogs chilling in a yard when they saw a rabbit, they caught up with it and ripped it to bits as a team it was nuts.
