This stuff just reminds me of just how much growing up can be very sucky. None of the movement in itself was hard, and I'm sure almost all of us remember moving like this in some form as kids. But like WHENNNN did we stop moving???! This video almost broke me fr. Adulthood definitely is the ghettoest hood of all of them. anyway... Don’t forget that this is an intermediate to advanced circuit! I’m 20, and I find this challenging even though I train hip flexors and mobility weekly! You’re doing amazing!
Wow, never realized how tight my hips are until I do the squats with your videos and I will keep on working on my hip mobility with you. Your videos are the best.

Whenever I do the first exercise I always here a popping sound at the knee (not painful)
If it's not painful or uncomfortable I wouldn't worry too much about it :)
