Are these ratios for soft wash pump or downstream injector for pressure washer
These must be if used with a pump sprayer. Using a downstream injector the most you will get out of a 10% bleach is 1% at the tip.
Maybe a dumb question but how do you get it in the pump sprayer after mixing it in the bucket?

If you’re down streaming 10% then use straight SH in your 5 gal bucket for a house wash mix.
If you are using xjet system (5gal bucket)
1 gallon SH and 4 gal water=1%

I would bet that he has a dedicated soft wash setup as part of his skid. If you're downstreaming then yeah you wouldn't dilute like this, but if you have a soft wash rig you would create the whole mixture beforehand

If my target is a 50/50 mix i’m just simply putting the same amount of water as i put in bleach correct?

The math behind it is:
SH is 12.5% for example.
Making a total mix of 1 part SH
4 parts Water = 5 gallons
Since SH is 12.5% the math is
5 gallons x 0.125 = 2,36% mixture.
So for every concrete cleaning SH should be around 3-4 %???

No, the S/H will break down over time, even if you leave it the a unopen bottle that's why you should always buy as fresh as you can
Is this guide for a 10:1 downstream injector?
No this is closer to what an xjet would use, or even a pump up sprayer. If you’re down-streaming, just suck straight chemical with your injector and you’ll pull a good mix for house wash. No need to pre mix your bleach with a downstream injector.

Wouldnt fly in germany. Youre not allowed to use bleach to clean outside, because of environment regulations. Im starting a pressure washing business in germany and we have to use eco friendly stuff.
