    와 이거 진짜 대박이에요 땀이 줄줄나고😇😇😇😇 1시간 짜리인데 반복 운동도 없고 미지쌤 운동 루틴 너무 좋아요 1시간 운동인데 지루함 없이 논스탑으로 따라했어요! 일주일동안 이거 열심히 해볼게요 앞으로도 1시간짜리 층간소음 없는 운동 많이 만들어주세요 감사합니다!! 미지쌤 짱짱이에요 고생하셨습니당😘😘😘😘🥰🥰🥰

    Hi Miss Mizi, thank you for your wonderful workouts, your videos are one of the reasons why I reached my goal weight this 2023. I have lupus and my weight is around 72kgs last year, this year it's now down to 56kgs. My rheumatologist told me last week that I'm now in remission and my immune system is doing great. So, thank you very much. Please never get tired of doing workout videos, it really helps a lot. More power! ❤

    I am enjoying Mizi's workout tremendously. I only recently discovered her, and I'm a fan for life. The music is also great. This type of workout had not been my 'go-to', in the past, but I'm definitely addicted now.
    May I have the music list please. All the songs are just great. I'm way off from your hemisphere, but I'm truly enjoying the music.

    오오 미지쌤 영상중에 서서하는 복근운동이랑 플랭크운동 동영상 보면서 8kg정도 뺐었는데
    아주 효과가 좋았어요. 일이 생기면서 운동을 좀 쉬게 되었는데 이번 운동 영상으로 다시 한번

    항상 깔끔한 영상이 인상적이에요..어렵지 않은 동작이 많아 쉽게 따라할수 있어 좋아요..
    근데..이렇게 뛰지 않는 동작도 칼로리 소모가 클까요? 뛰고 땀 줄줄 나야 살이 빠질것 같아 여쭤봐요..

      넵넵! 뛰지 않는 동작이어도 유산소 운동과 , 근력 운동이 다 포함되어 있어서 칼로리 소모가 많이되는 운동이에요!

    As someone who has pelvic pains I like mizi’s workouts because they’re low intensity. I wouldn’t have imagined working out for 60 minutes.

    Saya ada kelainan di tumit dan tulang belakang. Saya tidak bisa workout terlalu keras atau lompat. Tapi workout ini bisa saya lakukan selama 1 jam penuh tanpa berhenti. Dan saya merasakan tubuh saya semakin segar. Thanks mizi ... 😘😘😘
