How i wish my judge had listened to your video, after 16yrs employment I have been dismissed without any procedures being followed, no prior misconduct issues or letters ever issued to me. A verbal warning 8 months prior to my dismissal relied on in court and this argument in part was then used as summary dismissal, my dismissal letter was not wholly relied on in the ET. The ET judge’s judgement says the judge doesn’t believe me on a point of fact and found the dismissal was not unfair.

I can't remember the name of it but some commercial software is used to create the presentation drawings.
