I expected the chicken to be special too. But the only thing special is in the preparations ... Gotta admit the Lobster Tail and the last chicken dish, seemed very nice. Especially the Breast with beautiful caviar cream (sauce) over it. Tho still disappointing bc he didn't even get a taste of truffle under the skin. The price is crazy in that regard. Las Vegas has so very many places that serve exceptional food. You just have to find them.

When I saw the 265 on the menu under the royal golden chicken at KYU I was like oh that’s low-cal! Then I realized it was the price😂🤯

I don't think he eats it all in 1 sitting. Looks like he takes a few bites for the video. I don't think Any of these Food guys eat the entire meal. I'm sure they have to exercise to some degree. In previous videos, Mike said he jogs when he can.

To those who dont know, some lobsters are generally always blue like some found in australia, they are considered a cheaper variety than a standard Maine lobster.
Stop lol. That’s the European lobster it costs 3 times more than the American one and the meat tends to be more flavorful.

I was wondering if this dish is some thing you order for the entire table? It seems like a lot! I would assume that the entire cauliflower appetizer would not be for one person? For as expensive as this is I would have expected it to be fantastic not just OK. I know that Mike is particular about the noodles! Has anyone else tried this?

My sweet husband (who I married 20 years ago in Las Vegas) has introduced me a multiple number of Strictly Dumpling youtube videos that we have enjoyed watching together (covering places in Asia Australia etc). Earlier this year my hubby and I have talked about eventually visiting Las Vegas together again in the future. However, I have to admit that this Las Vegas video gave me some tempting ideas to pitch to him about places to consider when we make the leap to visit again, especially with the variety of mouthwatering dishes featured the custard dish, the pumpkin orange colored soup featured with rice, the lobster dish featured with risotto etc.

The reason the "lettuce" was bitter was because it was Endive not Lettuce. They gave you 3 different leafs to eat with on that plate.
