I have a 1986 Aria Pro II Bass that suffered a twisted neck. I've had her since I bought her new back in the spring of 1987 and I will not part with her, but eventually, she will need some TLC to get her back to being fully playable.

Fantastic work , I haven't heard that much about aria pro 2 bass , I bought a used one Love the finish, later found out the neck got from bad to worse , strings sticking out from neck , so bad strings are super tight , was told at a local shop , neck has to be changed , look on line and found a video saying the rod could be fix and neck pressed in some type way to get it straight , wanted to know your opinion, I have no idea where to start , I do know I want to keep it , and was waiting to find a neck or what could be done and what cost I would be looking at , your opinion is ??????
I did not understand the sentence about the strings sticking out of the neck. If the strings are falling off the frets, you might be able to address this by pressing the neck in the opposite direction. I don't understand the condition of the bass from the text, so I can't give an opinion.

Sanding of the wood pieces is probably 180, 240, 400, and 600 sanding paper. Finished with. The frets were finished with a 3M sponge file at 320-1500. After that, I used metal compound

基本的には転写シールと言われるものを使っています。目止めプライマーを吹き、シールを貼り、その上からサンディングシーラー、もしくはクリア塗装を吹きます。

AriaProⅡのメーカーロゴ転写シールはどのようにして準備されたのでしょうか？

基本的にはリフィニッシュの際はヘッドトップの塗装は剥がしません。
もちろんヘッドトップも塗り替えてという場合には剥がしますが、同じロゴのステッカーを用意するのは大変ですので、トップは剥がさない事をお勧めします。
この時は、ヘッドも塗り替え用と思ったので、家のプリンターで転写ステッカー用の用紙で作りました。

ペグなどの金属パーツ磨くのに使ってる水のようなものってなんですか？
+琥珀糖 コメントありがとうです。磨くのに使ってるのはピカールという金属磨きです。ただその前に使ってる水みたいのはパーツクリーナーです。油分を落とすのに使ってます。
剥がしても木目が綺麗、昔のは良く出来てるんだなあ。
この年代の日本のギターでアッシュぽい材だと栓って木が使われることが多くて、そのせいでいい木目なんですよ。
