We show how adjust the gain pots on the OrangeRX 3-Axis Flight Stabilizer and test the control surfaces.
The OrangeRX 3-Axis Flight Stabilizer is great for those who tend to fly in windy conditions, as it will compensate for wind gusts that would normally push your model around. It's also an ideal add-on to your favorite FPV model to keep it on the straight and level while flying.

Have you tried a Guardian stabilizer? I hear they are much better.
i think you might have to much throw on your alirons with the 3 axis fs . i could not see the rest to see if they seem to move to much as well
Do you need a receiver in ADDITION to the Rx3? Or is this ALSO your receiver. Thanks!
Only Version 3 has the receiver built-in. This one needs a receiver.
mine does not stabilize at all. I have navigation lights hooked into Aux,so maby thats why? I do not know. all I know is my Waco BiPlane ended up eating dirt because the stabilization didnt work. I plan on disconnecting the navigation lights and hooking them up through the gear instead,that way I can shut them off in the day time any ways.
+scott firman Hope you get it working. I haven't played with these in years. Moved on to other stuff that is more functional.
+dmerc00 What do you think of the naze32 or the other quad copter and airplane stabilizers? I have seen a few I have my eye on that would be better and not required to program them H.K. has a few. not the KK2.3 or 5 or whatever.Those seem to be smaller and do the same thing. I may go that route.
+scott firman I am using a BeeRotorF3 and it does a great job.
Does take a bit of configuring but it has auto-level and GPS.

sorry i dont have any inetructions for this one but i use 2 other way more costly systems that have alot less movment and work great.
NOTE! You should always use plastic tuner screwdrivers when adjusting these pots NOT a metal screwdriver!!
You are probably thinking of tuning coils such as used in radio equipment.
These are just plastic pots. Metal has no effect on them them that I can tell.
Any electronic pot should be tuned with a plastic tuner.
