Sir aapne thoda mistakenly galat bata diya...concurrently means merge karna ya same time, simultaneously punishment milna.
And Consecutively clause 2 me diya hai. It means ki one after the other, ek khatam punishment toh doosra shuru. Aapne ulta bata diya.

Sir magistrate 1st class is empowered to inflict punishment of 3 years.
Suppose there 2 offences, in first one the maximum punishment is 7 years and in other it is 3 years and both are triable by him.
My question is whether can he award punishment in first one of 4 year and in second one of 2 years?. Because in agreegate he is not exceeding his limit of 6 years according to 31(1) proviso b.
