पहले खुद190 धारा समझ लो भाई ठीक से , तब बताना तो सही रहेगा। 4 तरीके से कंप्लेंट फाइल होता है 190 में यह दिया गया है , कंप्लेंट 200 में फाइल नहीं होता है 200 में यह कहा गया है कि संज्ञान लेने वाला मजिस्ट्रेट जो धारा 190 में या अन्य धारा में संज्ञान ले रहा है वह 200 में कंप्लेनेंट और विटनेस का बयान लेगा ओथ पर, बाकी मेरे चैनल पर सुन लो भाई 190 , 200 धारा क्या है पता चल जाएगा । हो सके तो सही कमेंट भी करना
