    I want to pair my phone app and the device, however, apparently, I missed the opportunity to do this. What can I do to pair them now? Also, there is no mention in the video to the white filter and the small black piece of plastic that was included in the sandwich baggie. What do I do with those?

      You can connect to your machine as long as the app is up-to-date. Double-check that, and then follow the instructions given in the pamphlet. If that doesn't work, call us; we would be happy to help troubleshoot that for you! 866-936-3754 .Those are spare pieces, and you can hold onto them if you still need to put them in your filter!

    Can I use tap water for the humidifier???

      We suggest using distilled water to help keep minerals and bacteria out of your machine and airways.

      Never use tap water as it contains minerals and can damage your device. Always use distilled water otherwise you can use any filtered or RO purified water.

    Hello, my Airsense 11 does not connect to the Myair application, nor does it connect to WiFi. I bought it a couple of months ago and have been using it for just over a week. I am writing from Peru.

    What if I suddenly fell ill and catch a cold (runny nose) or dry cough, should I temporarily stop using CPAP?

      Depends! If you feel like it is difficult to breathe or potentially could affect your respiratory system, then yes. It's always best to consult a healthcare professional if you have any questions!
