This is what i found: the hydraulics began leaking before the ride began and before Wendy awoke from her premonition. As she freaks out, the ride remains stationary for a prolonged amount of time, much longer then originally foreseen in her premonition, meaning that the wiring has been leaking 10 times more fluids then originally proposed. Thus, the secondary cause of the accident (Frankie's camera) was not required, due to it only speeding-up the process of the roller coaster derailing. Ironically, this means that the roller coaster could have crashed way before it originally did in the premonition (after the loop). If you look carefully after Wendy and Kevin look at the roller coaster derailing, it is collapsing at a sharp turn about 200 feet (61 meters) or so upwards.

There was a feature in the dvd of FD3 called “Choose Their Fate” if you chose well on the deaths and picked the alternate time line ending, we see in a newspaper article article on a bench where it says that Burke and Kimberly were k***d by falling into a woodchipper. That wasn’t part of the canon though.

Yeah, I was surprised too tbh, I love the first FD movie the most but I never could choose a fave between FD2 & FD3. TFD had it's moments IMHO but it's a step below the others. FD5 was solid too, I think Mell will really enjoy that one, especially the climax.

Fun fact: the stunt doubles for the tanning bed scene we're actually lit on fire. They were covered in a hell like substance that was flammable but protected them and they were just told to let them know when it got too hot and they'd put them out.
This one is my favorite. I think I just like the rollercoaster theme. And the deaths are great. The tanning bed deaths are my favorite of the entire franchise.

Glad you also caught on to the camera being missing from the opening accident. It was stupid of the editor to leave that detail in like it was the cause of the accident.

Fun fact about the movie, if no one’s mentioned it. DVD release had you choose how a character would die or live, most notably the gym scene, which is why it has a sudden cut from them covered in blood to wearing clean clothes as the extra scenes were removed due to streaming services.

Final destination 3 gave me the fear of roller coasters and I didn’t go on one until I was 12 years old out of all of them this one scared me the most, including part 2
Sometimes with horror movies you can’t go in thinking your gonna get a complexed plot. Most of them the are simple and characters make dumb decisions. Its about how creative the kills are and maybe a out of nowhere twist
The 2nd is my fave. This one has a special place in my heart though, I watched this when it came out and rent it with my boyfriend when we were 15. We were home alone and the movie ended around midnight. 1 minute later our lights and power went out haha. I was afraid I was somehow going to die going down the stairs to put the power back on.😂
I waited in line for the new six flags ride w my dad and older brothers for 3 HOURS, and this movie had me so scared that i refused to get on the rollercoaster! My family got on without me and my 8 year old self was crying waiting for them because I was FOR SURE they were gonna die!! 😂😅

This is my favorite one of the series! I don't know if it was intentional, but my sister put this movie on for us like 6 hours before she took us to Six Flags. The movie was brand new to rent on dvd from Blockbuster (blast form the past lol) and it was part of a double feature we watched the night before. I was weary once there but my sister and brother convinced me to try the Superman ride. We were next in queue and watching the ride take off....yeah it got stuck with everybody upside down for about 5 minutes before maintenance was able to recall the rollercoaster. I did not get on that or anything else, I became the bag holder. And I think that was the last time I went to an amusement park lol. I think I was in 6th grade at the time lol.

I knew one of the Ashleys was in it, but I just realized that Jason in this one is the insufferable Chad in Tucker and Dale Versus Evil.
Every roller coaster has an emergency e-stop button , so the operator could have stopped the roller coaster as long it’s still going up the lift .

1. Jason’s picture is him with the roller coaster moving so fast it looks like it’s flying off the track which is what happened to him.
2. Carrie’s picture with the stuffed animals looked like she was holding on to the shoulder restraints and the lights in the background look like she was on a fast ride.
3. Ashley and Ashlyn’s picture looked like they were on fire and the palm tree prize they win at the carnival resembles the palm tree that knocks the shelf down and traps them.
4. Frankie’s picture is him trying to flirt with a girl standing in from off a fan.
5. Lewis had the weight falling on his head next to the swords and the Bear.
6. When Ian is pointing the gun at Erin and she covers her face from the flash, the nail gun literally kills her with her hand to her face.
7. Kevin had that squished bright face look as he was suppose to die by the grill explosion but since Wendy intervened, he dies with the same expression on the subway.
8. Julie’s picture has the horse and Perry in the picture has the American flag behind her like it was going through her.
9. Wendy’s picture shows 2 ways she would’ve died. First was the McKinley shirt showing that she was gonna die being crushed by the McKinley sign but because Ian blocked her, he took her spot. 2 is the dark background like in the tunnels showing she would die alone since Jason went first and her shirt has the McKinley decal with the orange line as the train with the M looking like the front of the subway and the blurred face was the speed of the train.

Fun fact about the movie, if no one’s mentioned it. DVD release had you choose how a character would die or live, most notably the gym scene, which is why it has a sudden cut from them covered in blood to wearing clean clothes as the extra scenes were removed due to streaming services.
This year for Halloween I dressed up as the Riddler but all of my friends jokingly called me the Rizzler 😂 so during my day I had people asking me what my costume was and I’d say “Riddler” but they’d immediately say Rizzler 😂 happy Halloween 🎃

Final destination 3 gave me the fear of roller coasters and I didn’t go on one until I was 12 years old out of all of them this one scared me the most, including part 2
Sometimes with horror movies you can’t go in thinking your gonna get a complexed plot. Most of them the are simple and characters make dumb decisions. Its about how creative the kills are and maybe a out of nowhere twist
The 2nd is my fave. This one has a special place in my heart though, I watched this when it came out and rent it with my boyfriend when we were 15. We were home alone and the movie ended around midnight. 1 minute later our lights and power went out haha. I was afraid I was somehow going to die going down the stairs to put the power back on.😂
I waited in line for the new six flags ride w my dad and older brothers for 3 HOURS, and this movie had me so scared that i refused to get on the rollercoaster! My family got on without me and my 8 year old self was crying waiting for them because I was FOR SURE they were gonna die!! 😂😅

This is my favorite one of the series! I don't know if it was intentional, but my sister put this movie on for us like 6 hours before she took us to Six Flags. The movie was brand new to rent on dvd from Blockbuster (blast form the past lol) and it was part of a double feature we watched the night before. I was weary once there but my sister and brother convinced me to try the Superman ride. We were next in queue and watching the ride take off....yeah it got stuck with everybody upside down for about 5 minutes before maintenance was able to recall the rollercoaster. I did not get on that or anything else, I became the bag holder. And I think that was the last time I went to an amusement park lol. I think I was in 6th grade at the time lol.
