Just got my torsion flex 21k.
Absolutely looks gorgeous, installed it and headed to work right after.
Then I get to work and got my fab welders showing me that welds were started before being square.
Step back 5ft from my truck you can see it plain as day.
    "Straight as a question mark"
Got to make a call for a swop out forsure.

Great products! We have their Boss Torsion Flex, 3" shank, 32k tow rating and it works great with our 20k+ daily towing.

Why measure from hitch to ground and subtract 14"? How does that ensure the the truck will align with the trailer so the trailer tows level? In my case I bought a used truck that is lifted. I need quite a bit of drop. Secondly, you mentioned tortion. I have a Blue Ox WHD. Are you saying the WDH needs to mount to the Boss instead of the ball mount? Your website doesn't say what a versa ball mount is. You need a parts diagram with every part labeled so consumers know what the options are.

Exactly right, 14 inches is a nonsense number to give by a manufacturer. It does not take into account YOUR truck height as compared to YOUR trailer hitch height at level. Lifted trailers exist as well. I can't believe they said that but I see why they didn't answer your question.

In regards to a hitch with. 2.5" shank, are the receiving holes 2" or 2.5"? Thanks.

Can I use this hitch to flat tow my jeep behind our RV and use our Ebike rack in the upper part of hitch?

Our MEGA-DUTY Hitch can be used for this type of application as long as you stay within the weight rating of the hitch.

Rick, this is the application I want to do as well. Can you let me know if it has worked for you? Thanks.

If I get the 21k mega duty 12 inch drop. Do I need stabilizers. Or is that only for the 12.5 inch drop and above

    • @GENYHITCH

The Stabilizer Kit is not required to be used with the 12" drop. It could essentially be used with it as long as you have enough bumper clearance! The Stabilizer Kit is not required unless it's sold with the hitch.

I have a 2022 5500 chevy medium duty. Pulling a pintle hitch. Sometimes i tow 25k-30k lbs. will the boss hitch have any issues?

As long as you're not exceeding 32,000 LBS in total or 3,500 LBS of tongue weight, our 32K BOSS would be a great fit for your towing needs!

I have their Boss Torsion Flex, 3" shank, 32k tow rating and have it on a Ram 5500 pulling a 30' equipment trailer, pintle hitch, with daily weights in the 20k range. The max we've done is 28k and 4k tongue weight (oops).
It is a beast and does a great job smoothing out trailer bumps from disturbing the truck. We've had it for a couple months and haven't had any problems. The only which happened is me losing the pintle lock and having to fabricate a new one from a 2.5" to 2" adapter.
