You should go sleeper mode and cover the brass with some carbon fiber wrap/stickers 😊. Also, possibly consider threading holes and having additional bolt on brass weight rings to attach to these.
Have you doe any videos on power systems for crawlers recently? Ive been out of the loop for the last year or so, and just blew a esc so in the market for a new one
@@ExocagedRC I've yet to break anything related to rotating mass and I go pretty hard with the wheel weight. Keep up the good work! Excited to see your chassis reveal when time comes.
Those look great. But are you able to make those to fit on the back side of the rims? That way if we have special color or styled rims we can still show them.
I think this is extra option as needed if axle weight options are capped but you still need that forward bias similar to the new procode option. It’s generally agreed that rotational weight is not ideal, more strain for motor startup and unstable if needing to use heavy throttle. As Joe has showed with previous builds, lightweight is the way to go.
Added weight, weight in width is different than weight down low, weight tuning front and rear, dispersed weight for a tire to hook over an edge rather than pull a light wheel over/through a ledge, stability, just to make you mad, shiny colors, money burning a hole in pockets, etc... Pick your poison 😂
Not a good idea having the axle bolt straight up to brass that’s that then we’ll just bend the brass or tear it out or break it. It makes no sense. I’m sorry but great idea but that brass isn’t thick enough where you put those screws through it.
Silver iron rocks on rear for cliff hanger. Your mud is very high traction

You can put the carbon faces over these with longer bolts.
VERY COOL!! great idea Joe!!
Lovee the g spot run. Just got to navigate it just right to find just the right spot to achieve success. 🎉very technical.
Truth!!
Looks great going to have to check into.
That steering angle is stupid good. Are your chassis going to be available as a kit like the Carbon or Nessie or just chassis, skid and links?
Kit. Carbon and a printed chassis version I should be able to sell for cheap to get people into it easy.
@@ExocagedRC I'm down for one. I'll keep an eye on this.

Do you have an OD measurement for your tires? They look to sit up fairly tall for a 4.75! Overstuffed? I like it!
ProCode inserts. Yeah buddy check out the website for them. Exocagedrc.Com
Awesome 🤩
Happy New Year’s to you and yours here watching 6:47 AM Wednesday, June 1, 2025, that’s super cool dude👍👍
All function!!!!! Love it !!
👍😁😎✌️

😂
Love it
Oh yes that’s a thing for sure. But the axles I’m using don’t have single ujoints so it’s not so bad in turns but yes the mass is still there.

Hmmm. That’s a good question I’m sure with longer screws you could put the ones you currently have on top of these.
What axle housings are you running, exo? Do you have a link available?
Meus 1/10 Capra axles. I don’t have an affiliate with them.
Thank was an awesome idea. 👍🏾💯🔥
I don't quite understand the point in putting weight on a freaking wheel when you can add weight BELLOW the axle with knuckle weight.

It ok to be slow nowadays. You do you, no need to freakin understand
Sometimes the knuckle/axle weights alone are not enough to tune the rig.
We can definitely tell you don't understand. It's alright though, you don't need to if it's not something you're personally interested in.

Sooper speeeeeedy today

Any idea if these would work on a rc4wd Bully 2 wheels?
I doubt it.
What truck is that? I can't keep up 😅
EXOCUTiONER. Due out mid late January
When will these brass be ready for sale?
Now. Link in description.
What truck is this
EXOCUTiONER it’s set to be released mid to late January. It’s my design.
what axles are these?

Beast mode!
The point of running carbon wheels is to reduce rotational mass. While these brass pieces are unsprung, there are better ways to do it. I'll pass.
Ok what’s the better way? Tell me
@ExocagedRC something like dluxfab loaded dice. There's stuff available for a bunch of different axles.
Dont forget about us lil guys!
Make them in 1.0 & 1.3
Man there are so many already out there for those wheels.
i dont think brass rusts
LoL no it doesn’t but it can look like rust due to the color
I'll stick with knuckle or clamp ring weight. I prefer good looking wheels. These, painted or not are ugly af
Who cares about looks it’s about performance
yeah sure you might like "cool" but I'll out crawl you. isn't that the point of all of this anyway?
😁👍
