I agree that rotational mass doesn't really matter on pure crawlers, maybe more on trail trucks, but still fine. Rotational mass isn't really an issue until you're going fast on bashers or racing. Also good that the rotational mass is further inside the rotation, where it has less effect on rotating. The best part of these, is the weight is the furthest out as possible, to get the most leverage on the axles to keep them down. Something like a brass diff cover only helps on straight climbs, and doesn't help on side hilling. These being out on the outsides of the wheels, will help on straight climbs and side hills both.
Back b4 brass, lead, etc was available as a 'bolt on', we used bb's in our front wheels. They always stayed at the tires lowest contact point. Worked really well UNTIL you needed to move fastly to the next spot.
I think it's fair to say this is a tuning aid best used on a dedicated crawler. And for that, performance usually outweighs looks, ugly or not, lol! Not something I see myself using but they have their place 👍

@old-rcplane-phart Lead wheel weights from an automotive store, taped to the wheel inside the tire was the go to back then.

Look up how to do shipwreck patina on brass. It might be a cool touch and give a pop of unique color
Ordered a set of the 1.9’s this morning for my IERC Extreme build
I hear another crawler crawling too!
Will you be making an all parts available to build it or can the entire truck comes as a kit? I’ll be needing two please 💯great stuff Joe.
Nope. He stated yesterday maybe front links based on capra axles and chassis only. The rest is up to you.
Nice ☺️👍🏾🔥
