I already teach the full comprehensive range of them in my Advanced Boxing Defense course. Have you checked it out? I don't think a lot of those things are easy to teach in just a 5 minute video like this. But I have released some for you to see. Search the channel for them.
Does it feel like muscle or bone pain? If you can share a video of you shadowboxing and hitting the bag. Or even sparring in the FB group...I can have a better idea of where that pain is coming from.
@@expertboxing it's definitely muscle pain like plantar fasciitis ain't no part of it is the shoes I wear but when I was in the Navy it started during basic because they had no kind of support in the shoes. So I'm really just looking for alternative training measures that I can do while it heals. I've never had anybody film me at the gym I will try that and get back to you I guess.
yeah, sounds like you need arch support. there are dancer's exercises you can do for that. lots of ankle articulation and toe point exercises. like ballet dancer's foot exercises.
Please do a video of advanced boxing head movement techniques please?.

Hey, over training leads to injuries. I currently have a foot injury. It's like heel and arch pain. Do you have any work around for that?
