    Your handwriting is like its own font!

      Haha, that reminds me of the time when I wanted to turn my handwriting into a font for fun. I'd printed out the template and filled it up but then I got busy and forgot all about it! If I do turn it into a font, I'll make it a free download and let you know... If you're interested in it, that is!

      Winner of a video, I have been researching "what is resource in project management?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Seyily Substratal Smasher - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? It is a great exclusive guide for discovering how to get amazing project management and business templates minus the normal expense. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my neighbour got great results with it.

    I honestly rewatch this video to help me manage my work projects. I am looking forward to seeing how the next three months go. It was so nice to see a Birds Eye view of the next three months and make my multiple projects feel more manageable. 🤓😎

    Thank you so much Yukiko. Juggling multiple projects, including my own exercise and house cleaning chores, has been a struggle for me. Using your thinking has got me on the road to a plan myself.

    There is no way a human can write like that and space everything so perfect. ..Just kidding! My hand writing is terrible I only wish I could write half as neat as you can. Truly a work of art

    Yukiko: You are such a gem! I found you from a Boho Berry video and so glad to find you. I will start using my Techo for 2018 today and all of your videos helped me see different ways to do my planning and use the tool effectively. I just love your thinking process and how you concisely explain your process and steps. Plus, you have lovely handwriting and a sweet heart. Thank you!

    This was very helpful! I think I'll copy out the steps to remind me not to panic and just focus and do these steps you suggest. Thank you! On a lighter note, what are these pens you're using? They're nice and bright. :D

      Hi Sharifah, thanks for watching! I'm so glad to hear it's helpful for you. It did help me feel more in control of my life =D I used two types of pens in this video. For the first part of the video, I used Pilot Kakuno (fine nib), inked with De Atramentis Sepia Brown. On the monthly pages, I used muji pens (0.5, although I prefer 0.38). =)

  • @rencycorrige

    Hi. How do you use this project calendar vis-a-vis your weekly and daily plans? Do you copy the tasks on the w/d plans or do you keep it separate?

    • @yukikosakamura6498
      @yukikosakamura6498  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi! I used the project calendar as a reference so that when I saw that a task was due, I'd write it into the week's tasklist. I'm intending to tweak my system slightly this quarter, though!

    • @rencycorrige
      @rencycorrige 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yukiko Sakamura Thank you. Sounds redundant work but I would prefer the way you do it as well. I tend to forget tasks unlisted on my main planner. Learning a lot from your system. :)

    Your problem is spreading yourself too thin. No productivity hack can fix that, only delegation to others and that costs money.
