This experience for sure looks bossss and I hope my next time with AAL goes as smooth as this! My last (which was also my first) AAL flying experience gave me nightmares flying from Dubai to NYC and then to Toronto. Is this corridor, one that you regularly fly on?
Oh no, sorry to hear about the bad experience. I think all airlines have good and bad experiences, but trying to get to their Executive Platinum will help with issues. My typical American Airline flight is HNL-DFW and DFW-HNL. I stick with American Airlines as I am Concierge Key with them, and they treat us very well. I have been top tier with all domestic US three airlines, so let me know if you have any questions, and I can try to answer them.
