Stunning performance...I can't stand this Covid reality. I'm a jazz guitarist and just got my first gig in 8 months booked at the end of April with my quartet. Lets all cross our fingers and get moving when this thing ends. I want to be a cat!

You would think it was impossible to dislike music like this. The musicianship/vocals are perfect. It's pure feelgood music. I really want to know what those 80 people want from life because I'm pretty sure they're never going to get it.
Dunno, seemed to be trying just a bit too hard to feel good. All looked a bit contrived. And that smarmy look on the fiddle player's face! I'm a jazz fan and wanted to like it but it just wasn't my cup of tea.
@@ps200306It IS contrived, of course - it’s a video, not a fly-on-the-wall doco. Doesn’t detract from the musicianship, the performance, the joy and fun of it all to the extent that I feel it merits a thumbs down 😅

Wonderful rendition. As a kid I love Disney's "Aristocats" so not surprisingly, this was one of my favorite songs when I was young.

Now that is seriously cool. I have a framed print from the Aristocats movie when the cats were playing this tune. It's on my wall, been there forever. So when I came across this video I just had to watch. I'm now grinning from ear to ear !

Thanks to my parents for teaching me to read music , when I was a kid . Alas , they are both long passed but love and knowledge of music lives in me . This piece would have had them ( and now me ) looking for instruments to join in .
