    Hi Isaiah, I tried this and it worked out great. I was just wondering why the wheels on your car look like they’re moving but, the one I made the wheels don’t.

      I used frame by frame animation just like I did with the hand wave. So I just drew the wheels three times and duplicated those frames till that wheel spin animation filled the full duration. Let me know if you have any other questions.

    How did you make your picture of the background so long and what size?

      When I drew the background I had the canvas be 3 times the width of my intended video. And I created a couple different trees and clouds that I could duplicate and move along the background so it would look like the car was moving past those elements.
