The control is so amazing. Subscribed. Will look at your procedural videos later. Have to prep for when substance painter expires. I hope i can relearn quixel too.
Quixel is very good, but as for me it still does not reach the level of Substense Paint, but at some point I stopped using anything other than Blender3d for texturing. And there are things that I like more about Blender. But this is just my user experience. Thanks a lot for the comment :)

I can't believe i've never thought about using ALT + D in this way
Might be a dumb question but how were you able to duplicate the model into two separate orientations so that it allows for both to be changed simultaneously when youre only adjusting one?

I made a duplicate with a link . That is, with ALT+D
I barely know how to ask but... how did you have two views of the helmet model showing but link them so that they affect each other when editing. That seems super helpful and useful.
It seems like you copied the front facing view at 0:07 and pasted it on the right but 90 degrees twisted but the two things stayed linked. I am new to blender so I apologise if that is a basic technique I just don't know how to even look up what you did.

Hi! In Blender3d it is possible to duplicate objects with a link. This is done using the keyboard shortcut ALT + D

привет, по каким урокам учился так моделить? я пробовал эту голову смоделить, очень сложно.

Так точно не скажу, смотрел много западных спидапов по моделингу , ну и просто сам по себе много моделил , анимировать... Со временем как то пришло "какое то" понимание ... Главное делать и базовое понимание что любая геометрия мэша состоит из трёхугольников, а лепить мэш лучше всего из четырехугольников , избегать любых фигур состоящих больше чем из 4х углов... Ещё сильно помогает в понимании модификатор сабдивайд , ибо он как раз делает подразделение того самого мэша (и если четырехугольники делить достаточно просто и выглядят они хорошо, то с трехуголниками или н-гонами все плохо, подразделяться нормально не будет)

Hi! I apologize for the long delay in replying. This is a duplicate object with a link, to do the same, just duplicate the object using the keyboard shortcut Alt+D.
Hard to learn, too fast
Video accelerated by a factor of 3 if I remember correctly, standard speedup, slower would be too long, people don't like long videos :(
You can reduce the playback speed on TH-cam to 0.5 or 0.25 if the video is too fast
