@@MohiKhilji bro. the case is not currently scam is done or not but who were involved in this question arises here The Supreme Court bench, consisting of Justice Sanjiv Khanna and Justice SVN Bhatti, stated that the transfer of Rs 338 crore in this matter was tentatively established. sc has already accepted this fact of 338cr so question is kejriwal was mastermind or not and people who are in jail currently are guilty or innocent is main matter.

I don't understand wat is happening in our lower courts and highcourts why are they hesitant to give right judgements and most of the time give pro government judgements.same highcourt bench did not give relief to Sanjay Singh and then supreme court gave relief to him based on the same arguments.They are studying same law books and have our constitution as a guiding document. Supreme court need to look into the matter
The honble judge believes that, non cooperation means not signing on dotted lines. The judge is not applying her wisdom to ask ED why for more than two years they couldn't muster solid proof and keeping him behind bars to build pressure to implicate himself to save ED reputation
So, you think Kejri is so dumb that all evidences are right in front of ED or that all the accused quickly turned approvers. May be you can apply this logic why Kejri hasn’t still plead guilty considering it’s already a few days he is custody. Understand that these guys are in a nexus and ED has finally traced this to Kejri and sent him 9 summons which he refused or couldn’t respond before he had to be arrested. If he can’t get his lawyers to respond to even one summon, that’s useless.

It was quiet clear from her body language during the last hearing when kejariwal was presenting the facts in his defence. She was not attentive like other judges, rather behaved like a govt employee who was in a hurry to go home after 4pm.! Her facial expressions and curt responses to Kejriwal had made it clear that she wasn't interested in anything he had to day and was not going to give him bail..
She is known for marital dispute cases, why this high profile political case came to such a judge itself is a matter of concern!

Judge passed a predetermined or pre-decided verdict. Arvind is no small man compared to a magistrate or even the judge herself. Life of Arvind specially since he entered politics, is invariably like an open book & it is certainly an impossibility for the judge madam to be oblivion of the fact.Placement of weightage to decide obviously remit signal how decision-making was made & arrived at. The Judiciary is also no less aware of what is happening around & who stands with democracy & who up with arms to destroy democracy & establish a single man rule. Assuming but not admitting that a scam accusation is true. then what is more visible, more distinct & visually verifiable is not taken up by suo motu cognizance! I wonder.
Money & muscle power is a necessary precondition to fight election & Arvind had neither build-up nor contributed anyway just inherited this corrupt & decomposed system ---- the system basically was created by Congress & patronized, nurture & improvised by BJP who took this to the great height that we witness as ELECTORAL BOND.
