Peñon and Tortuga are a pair of dive sites typically done together in Parque Nacional del Este. They are reached by boat from Bayahibe.
A turtle conservation project has made seeing turtles all but a certainty in the National Park, featuring both Green Sea Turtles and Hawksbills.
