I advise you to visit the Islamic Museum in Medina, the Dar Al-Qalim Museum for Arabic Calligraphy in Medina, and the Al-Qatt Al-Asiri Museum in Rijal Almaa
The best breakfast for me is Abu Zaid Restaurant, Faris Restaurant, and Al-Deera Restaurant. You can try Al-Masoub and Al-Arika and you will love it
For the people of the coast in Jeddah and Yanbu, try the fish siadiya, one of our most important meals.

The old traditional food of Arabia Deserta (pre-Islamic ) was extremely simple, dates and some grain bread and gruel and porridge and herbs and occasionally roasted lamb or camel on special occasions, luckily with salt . Rice used to be a luxury. The Arabian diet became more varied as Islam arose and the Muslim conquests spread into Syria, Lebanon, Iraq and Persia. And later into the Indian subcontinent. All the things you're eating are adopted into Arabian cuisine from these sources . 😊

Hi there, it’s nice to have you in Saudi Arabia.
Mandi is pronounced without stretching the a. Also mandi is cocked normally traditionally underground in sealed environment.
Kabsa is cooked on a stove, fry the onion and if you prefer garlic as well then add whole spices as you prefer, add cut tomatoes then tomato past if you want red Capsa. Or in case you prefer white Capsa then don’t add any 🍅 or tomato paste. The add meat or chicken, add water, boil to preferred cocking done. Add salt, add the amount of rice needed, with due respect to water cover for 20 min.
    There you have it.
Withe Mandy it’s another way you can fine on TH-cam.
    Have fun and best regards.
You are always welcome in Saudi Arabia, the land of the oldest and greatest civilization and deepest history.

What a lovely family, I really love your knowledge and willingness to learn and try other people's culture. If you want to understand the difference between Kabsa and Mandi: Mandi is chicken cooked in a stone barrel over coals and is only slightly seasoned so the taste is natural smoky chicken and the rice is only flavored by the drippings from the chicken. For Kabsa it is more of a family staple as it can be cooked on the stovetop. The name is derived from the word 'pressed', as it is traditionally cooked using a pressure cooker. You basically sear the chicken with tomatoes, onions and spices, add in the rice and water then pressure cook until it is ready. All the best of luck to you all and hope you have great memories and a lovely time. Cheers!
