Rather than a step up on long-term investing, at some point, treat it as income, period. Also, one of their scams is to take a loan on their long-term gains, turning income into expense. Any loan taken on a long-term gain should be treated as income.

Great video but the red 'summary' screens need to be on screen longer so that people can actually read them which will reinforce it more than just hearing it from the commentator will.
@@Grindel1985 If you want people to get your message you have to present it the first time... if you count on people doing what you say, you WILL lose about half your audience to laziness. This is about reaching maximum saturation in the reader, which means you build your presentation for that, you don't count on the reader/listener/watcher to do it for you. It's called marketing which is always relevant when you want people to watch the video and take away what you want them to take away from it.... you might want to learn it.
I'm 100% in support of the Feds reducing interest rates on mortgages for anyone's /primary current residence/. And no other properties. Probably want a cap there related to local market rate vs value of the property, too. Otherwise, awesome stuff.
