On verification, did you click the verify button for both email and number? The bank information is usually needed in January when they start paying the allowances and mostly the school will handle that

that probably because your daughter was receiving the child support grant, therefore they dont need any documents, they already have all your information plus your daughters

yes, select the highest level of education you have. they wont decline you for that. if the college accept you. you'll be funded. good Luck
