Perfect tutorial! Love shooting in SLOG-2 on the A7iii and I can't wait to try out this editing node tree you have built for a commercial look! Great video!
Amazing tutorial!!!! You make it super easy to follow with concise explanations! If I use a purchased powergrade which default cst node output is set to arri, should I change or leave at as arri? Also most powergrade doesn’t have the second cst at the end since it’s not catered to a7iii or 8bit, should I add it? Thanks for your time
Thank you so much for this. Was having issues with some flatness and softness on my videos. The sharpening details are awesome. As a sidenote. What detail setting would you recommend when ahooting Slog2 on Sony? Ive read everything from -7 to -2 but I know its all relative to how much sharpening you like to apply in post.
awesome video man, been following you for a long time. Anyways I know you have the A7SIII also and I wonder why you also still use the A7iii as I still use it as my main camera and I love it, you still think the A7iii is capable? I was thinking of selling it and getting the Fx30 but I am not so sure yet. Also one more question you use rec709-A on a mac but I am on a desktop windows now and what would you suggest there? Thanks!
Isn't this backward if you have your CST at the end and you already set your timeline is already set dwg aren't you just repeating what you already did? Edited: I understand it now. The nodes after CST In will be considered the secondary grade; the nodes before that will be the primaries.
Wow..... Wow.... i've been searching this tutorial for a long time. Ty man. Gimme a hug man...
