Hack a crappy button maker to work with metal pinned backs and no washers

When using a Morphon / Vevor / Beamnova button making machine with US manufacutured 58mm supplies, you may need a couple of 55mm washers for die B to get your pinned back to sit up tall enough to crimp properly. If you don't have those washers, though, you can hack it by inserting an unpinned back into die B first. Check it out.
