on the doubble why are yall grabbing thighs? we always locked to the lowest part of the calf so we could suck it back in if they sprawled?
Cyge Firstcaste if your attacking with enough pressure you don’t need to grab as low but every wrestler is comfortable in different positions than others
Some people even lock their hands so they can get double underhook even if they fail

Not true. Is a Hi-C dead the moment they sprawl? No. Just like a swing single. Make sure you drill enough to be quicker than their sprawl.

Father Russia well the position is basically the take down because when you grab the legs you can push forward and take the person down
These are setups to the takedown. Finish whatever way you'd like.
