So sad Baptist has been playing this high quality clean games but unable to advance too deep in the tournaments. I believe time is coming for her! A such great player

Good Lord, what a ball striker is Baptiste. 2H topspin BH, 1H backspin BH, power topspin FH, can serve and volley(!) , great vollies, short angle shots to the side T, she can do it all and is a pleasure to watch. However perhaps because she has so many options she maybe needs to set them aside a bit more and be willing to grind it out a little longer. Too many unforced errors. But I would not want to be a seeded player facing her. Daria was on the ropes a lot but that is when she is at her best. Few free points from her. Fun match to watch.
By the sound of it Baptist needs some oiling. There is a squeak with every strike

Terrible game of tennis this was. Both dreadful. Kasatkina has a good record v Raducanu, but if they both play like yesterday, Raducanu beats her. Kasatkina has no form at the moment. But Raducanu has no consistency. 50/50 🤷♂️
