The old stone barn looked like it had firing ports around the second floor, like it had been a blockhouse many years ago. Another very nice video and hike. Always interesting to see your part of the world. Good Luck, Rick

On the "mole runway," the holes look like they're in the old plough ruts. Is somebody planting something? Also, I love the shot with the cows lounging against the haystack. Happy cows, happy countryside!

Here it is for you Peter - I will also add it to the description! 200g Self-raising flour 25g Ground Almonds 1 tsp Baking powder 75g Muscovado sugar 4 Medjool Dates - chopped 50g Sultantas 3 Bananas (very ripe) - mashed 50g Coconut oil - melted 3 tbsp Soya milk 75g Walnut pieces *Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. *Line a 450g loaf tin with baking parchment. *Mix the flour, almonds, baking powder, sugar, dates and sultanas together in a bowl. *Beat together the mashed banana and oil, then combine it with the flour mixture, stirring in the the soya milk and folding in the walnuts. *Pour mixture into the tin. *Bake for 1hr - 1hr15mins, covering the top after 30mins to avoid it looking too brown. *Insert a skewer into the centre of the cake ensuring it comes out clean. If not, return to the oven and cook a little longer. *Cool for 15 mins before taking it out of the tin.
