Looking over the nose would drive me crazy with either the engine is not mounted straight or the cowl is misaligned. Watching the video it show the mounts are not too tight so It maybe a bad motor mount. Has she ever been rebuilt?
Move the airspeed indicator to the far left and you don't have to ask a million times what's my speed. I don't understand why Champion/Bellanca didn't put it there at the factory.

My IA had no problem with me moving my AS to the far left. I had to redo some 1/4 tubing. That is all. I PIC back seat often.
There ought to be a little periscope. 😅
