I am in the process of making these as I type this. The tip about the little spider's web before you boil them is worth GOLD! I peeled my eggs in record time. Thank you sooooo much for saving me time. I'm 61 years old and never heard of that trick. The steaming the eggs for 15 minutes (another trick from another video) is good, too, but not as good as your spider's web trick. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I cannot wait to try these. . . . OK--time to try the brine. It is unbelievably great! What flavor. I'll be lucky if these are left alone for one month while they are pickling.
Spider web the Eggs! Ingenious!!! Can't wait to try this recipe! Been on the Fermenting Journey for the past 2 months & This is A Beautiful Recipe!!! Thank You from Kentucky ❤️
Great shear TY Any idea on how much salt can be reduced to something like this ? I don't plan on keeping them out of refrigerator for longer than 1 month at a time. Would be cool to do a bunch of small jars(2-3 egg's) for each day preventing the need of a large refrigerator or refrigeration at all.
Have seen a million jars of pickled eggs growing up but have never heard anything called cowboy candy pickled eggs, just sounds weird, ty for this interesting recipe

I made pickled eggs 😱 way to sour ! Can i some how tame the sharpness and make them sweeter ?
To make eggs easier to peel, crack them just before you put them into the cold water.
