Back in the late 60's in England, I was a student in the Duke of Edinburgh Award. I was 15 and had HUGE problems with self esteem. As part of the program, there was a lady who donated her time to teach us girls how to apply makeup. I was so grateful to this lady for the time she gave to me to feel better about myself but I never told her. This video reminds me. I wish I had told that kind lady the positive effect she had on my life.
I’m 87 and love your video. There are a few tips which will help when I prepare for my wedding next week ! Eye shadow is fab. We are not too old to look nice.
I accidentally discovered you literally this minute.I am Australian and 79 years old.I love fashion and makeup.I use setting spray after makeup is on, it makes a huge difference, hours later the makeup is still in place.❤❤
How timely that I just today found this video I recently look invisible and appreciate your encouragement to wear makeup again after seeing how much difference it makes.
I like make up to fresh up my face and I‘m a huge fan of wearing colourful scarves. I‘m 73 and I‘m always getting compliments for my make up nd my style. THX for this nice video!❤️
I'm 64. I retired and year ago and at first it was very freeing to go without makeup but now I enjoy the feeling of being seen again. These tips are great, as I had gotten in a rut. Thank-you!
Aw! So lovely to see you in the flesh again, Sue. You haven't changed a bit and as always your make up is stunning. Very happy to have found this range of products. 😍
I must tell you that as a 70 year old who used to enjoy making up but as I got older and my skin colour changed and had some health issues, I got down and whenever I saw makeup demonstrations, it would depress me further as they all looked extremely false and unnatural. Your video is beautiful and I love how you added colour to your face. You look amazing. Although your complexion is much much lighter than mine and you have no brown spots, etc. it is the first senior makeup I have seen that suits a senior. Thank you.
Gorgeous! The lipstick was like turning a light on behind your skin! I love makeup up and this is basically how I do it...even though it's become more challenging as the years go by. I don't go out in public without it, my hair 'done' and something flattering to wear! The scarf is stunning! You're a lovely lady with or without makeup but it just makes us feel so much better!🌷Plus, when we still get the 'eye' from young men, we still 'got it!'💋
Hi, I've only just found you and this is my first watch of your video. I do watch several other over 60s beauty channels but they are usually presented by ladies a lot younger so you don't get a true look. At 70 I'm wearing less and less make-up as I find foundation of concealer make my skin look dry. But you have just shown how easy it is to put colour into your face, and it only took ten minutes. Thank you very much, I will be having a go at your tips. 🌹🌹
New Subscriber here. You are absolutely on point with everything you've said. Older women need color, not that washed out, faded "neutral" lipstick that so many try to wear, just because it's "trending". Thank you for the lovely makeup tips and for sharing these products with us.
A lovely video. You are very attractive. Your makeup is great. One suggestion - I prefer a lighter coloured mascara than black - it's softer looking. Greetings from Ireland 👍❤️
Thank you so much for a lovely video that gave such simple, easy to follow advice. Being 77, I have had difficulty changing my make up routine as I age. Skin is now finer and drier. Lips losing plumpness and definition. Eyes showing all the laughing and fun I’ve had so far! With your help I will update myself. Can I buy the makeup you are using online? As I replenish my eye shadows etc would like to try your products. So glad I have found you whilst looking for ways to exercise! Thank you
I’m wearing more color on my eyes these days. I used to just use brown or grey but am having fun with a wash of green or violet depending on what I’m wearing. You look lovely!
I heard about a study where the presenter had their eyebrows enhanced, and it showed that the audience were more able to pay attention when they were painted up vs barely visible. I like a more natural look for myself, but have to use some type of light foundation, subtile rouge and lipstick. If i feel fancy i put mascara on my upper lashes, because i am blonde, but usually I dont, because it irritates my eyes. I try to enhance my skin and hairtone by choosing colours that make my eyes pop.
I would love to be able to use eye products on or around my sensative eyes. So I always look washed out. I sometimes use a little blush on my face and lipstick too. Thanks for sharing your procedure.

Sad that you and so many think you are pale and need color. Your eyes stood out your smile stood out. I don’t enhance my face and sadly you didn’t need to either. You are beautiful just as you are. ❤❤❤❤
Thanks for the tips! As a 63 year old I’m finding that i need a little color too. I used to use a dark blue lapis eyeliner but gave it up. The way you showed how to apply makes for a much softer touch and i like it much better!

Hi, you look fabulous, and I agree, as we age, we must not give up on wearing makeup.
When I give up on makeup, I've given up on living.
You are lovely and I could listen to your voice all day.
How timely that I just today found this video I recently look invisible and appreciate your encouragement to wear makeup again after seeing how much difference it makes.

You do look fabulous, beautiful makeup colors on you.
I will also add bronzer and use a lip liner like you did. I haven't done that before.
